Victory Clad™ VC 600ST (Seam Tape)


Victory Clad VC600ST is a 6-Ply conformable seaming tape designed for use with on the Victory Clad 700 series product line. The VC600ST is used as a lap and butt seam tape on Victory Clad 700 Jacketing products, where double seals and durability is needed. The VC600ST can also be used where comfortability is needed on piping and ductwork applications. The VC600ST has a Zero Perm rating to prevent moisture infiltration and is UV Stable. The Acrylic Adhesive system is suitable for use in extreme temperatures (-94 F to +284 F).

Surface Preparation

All surfaces are to be dry, clean free from dirt, dust, grease, oils, silicones and other contaminates. All exposed fibrous insulation should be covered by foil tape and/or matching facing tapes. Insulation Materials should be properly secured to provide a smooth and even surface to allow and even and smooth application of Victory Clad jacketing with the VC200 seam tape. All insulation materials must be securely fastened to industry standards to prevent movement or shifting of the insulation material.


Remove the release paper from the section of Victory Clad 600ST, taking care not to minimize touching the adhesive surface. Align the tape centrally over the joint seam. Pull the tape taut and then press down firmly over the entire joint area. Apply pressure with plastic squeegee to ensure proper bond.
